Let’s start by looking at how to apply for services to use DaouOffice Groupware.
DaouOffice offers various types of products at reasonable prices. First, let's learn about service types.
- Free product: Lifetime free for less than 10 people (free use of DaouOffice on cloud public server resources)
- Cloud shared type: Use DaouOffice groupware on cloud public server resources
- Cloud standalone: Use DaouOffice groupware on cloud standalone server
- Customer installation type: Used after installing groupware on a server prepared by the customer adopting DaouOffice.
How to open a Daouoffice
As a first step to using DaouOffice, let’s check how to apply for opening.
On the DaouOffice official website ( direct link ), click [Price Information] > [Product and Price Information] in the top menu.
In the DaouOffice service type, click [Start Free] for the free product.
Enter information to open a Daouoffice.
1. Company information: Enter company name, representative name, business registration number, etc.
2. Business registration certificate: Attach the image file of the business registration certificate
3. Contact information: Enter the contact information to receive the opening and tax invoice.
4. Opening information
- Company name (site name): Enter the company name.
- Administrator ID: Enter the initial administrator account. (After opening, administrator privileges can be granted to other accounts)
- Mail domain: Enter the domain address if you want to receive mail from DaouOffice.
If your company's email address is xxxx@company.com, enter company.com.
If you do not have a company domain, you can use mail by purchasing a domain separately.
(Lowest price for all domains in Korea: Go to half-price domain )
- Connection URL: Enter the URL address to access DaouOffice.
Our company's unique access address is created in the form of xxxx.daouoffice.com, and
the URL part (daouoffice.com) of [ ].daouoffice.com cannot be changed.
Check the final service amount, agree to the service terms, and click [Apply].
🎉 Congratulations! DaouOffice opening has been completed.
From now on, you can use the all-in-one groupware DaouOffice for free anytime, anywhere.
How to connect for the first time
When applying for opening, you will receive an opening guidance e-mail as shown below to the e-mail address of the registered person in charge.
Let’s log in using the connection information in the guidance email.
You must change your password when logging in for the first time. ( ※ Please use 8 to 16 characters of English letters, numbers, and special characters.)
